Room Rates
A credit card number is required to hold your room. There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash or check as payment. We have only four rooms and often turn away other interested guests. Therefore, we have a two-week cancellation policy. You must notify us of a cancellation at least two weeks before your arrival date or you will be charged for the room, unless we are able to re-book your room.
In the event that you require more than 2 rooms, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time that you make your reservation.
There is a 30 day cancellation policy when you book more than 2 rooms.

Check-in time is 3 PM to 6 PM. Check-out time is anytime before 11 AM.
No Smoking is permitted anywhere in the house.
